Senior Project Reflection

(1) Positive Statement

I am most proud of the way i set up my classroom i was able to apply the skill of product placement and display to the classroom set up. I feel like this skill is the most important factor to learning to sell and i was able to understand the concept.

(2) Questions to Consider

I would give myself a "P" because i felt like i met all requirement for the senior presentation maybe my presentation could have been a bit more organized but i displayed my room very clean.

Overall I would give myself a "P" because i met required expectations but did not do anything to go above and beyond.

(3) What worked for you in your senior project?
Service learning worked to help me understand more about my topic.

(4) What didn’t work for you in your senior project?
I think the three column and towers did not apply to anything for my senior project.

(5) Finding Value
I have become a more understanding person by learning how to adjust myself to customers in a work environment making me a more qualified person for a career with a high expectation of customer service.

I learned how to give quality customer service and gain the customers trust. In order to build store credibility, as a manager,  there needs to be customer relationships by giving them knowledge about products and making them feel comfortable with you, as a manager, and with the skate shop itself.

This helped me answer my EQ because by building customer relationships and creating credibility for the skate shop brings back customers and new customers and it's an important factor to making a skate shop successful.
